It is a platform that brings the same intensity, structure, and team spirit from the field into every workout. Features include an AI-powered coach that adapts as you improve, team management tools for coaches to assign workouts and track progress, and comprehensive performance analytics. The project utilizes a custom TinyLlama model trained for specialized coaching interactions, with a Supabase backend and a cross-platform Flutter mobile application.
